Paula is a British Nurse. She was awarded a Diploma in Higher Education in Adult nursing from The University of Liverpool in United Kingdom. Paula is a registered member of the Nursing and midwifery council in UK and in Qatar with The Qatar Council for Healthcare Practitioners.

Paula has nursing, clinical educator and managerial experience, spanning over 30 years, in health and social care, in UK and the Mena Region.

Paula was appointed the Operations Director for Manzil Qatar, in April 2016 with almost 2 years management, planning, development for the operations of Manzil Healthcare Services, in Qatar.
